[HD videos below] The 2012 King’s Cup Elephant Polo Tournament took place in Hua Hin, Thailand, between 12 and 16 September 2012.

The event, organised by Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas, attracted 12 international teams with players from 20 different countries.

An opening parade where the elephants walked through the main street of Hua Hin took place at 16:00 on Wednesday afternoon, and then the action itself got underway on Thursday.

The Elephant Polo games, which consist of two teams of three elephants, three players and three mahouts to help guide the elephants, last for 15 minutes before the elephants are changed for the second half.

In the final game of the tournament King Power played the favourites Audemars Piguet, and much to many people's surprise King Power won 13-9.
