China Southern To Add 5th Weekly Los Angeles - China Flight

China Southern Airlines (NYSE: ZNH) (HKSE: 1055), the largest airline in The People's Republic of China will be expanding its transpacific service between Los Angeles and Guangzhou with an all-new Saturday evening service, beginning November 2.

This expanded Saturday service, using China Southern Airlines' Boeing 777 aircraft, "not only provides new passenger but additional cargo/freight opportunities on both sides of the Pacific," said Mr. Wei Jia Liao, General Manager, Los Angeles, China Southern Airlines.

China Southern also offers non-stop Boeing 777 service from America to China each Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from Delta Airlines' Terminal 5 at Los Angeles International Airport.

In addition to its expanding Boeing 777 passenger service, China Southern Airlines recently launched Boeing 747-400 cargo services - each Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evenings from LAX to Shanghai/Pudong International Airport with continuing cargo service to Shenzhen in Southern China.
