Japan Airlines will cancel one of its two weekly round trip flights on the Tokyo to Delhi route as a result of the current situation between India and Pakistan. The cancelled flight is JL471 on Thursday June 13 and the return flight JL472.
Flight JL471 Tokyo-Delhi on Sunday June 9 and the return flight JL472 Delhi-Tokyo Sunday June 9 (arriving Narita 08:30 Monday June 10) will operate as scheduled.

JAL normally operates twice weekly MD-11 flights on the Tokyo-Delhi route, on Thursday and Sunday. Any further cancellations after June 14 will be decided according to the situation.
At the request of Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, JAL is now examining the operation of charter flights for the repatriation of Japanese nationals from the region. Details will be announced later if the plan is put into operation.

Japan Airlines will operate a special charter flight from Delhi to Tokyo June 10 for the repatriation of Japanese citizens in India at the request of Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
