Continental Airlines responds to ATSB decision to deny United Airlines loan guarantee

Continental Airlines today issued the following statement in response to the Air Transportation Stabilization Board's decision to deny a federal loan guarantee for United Air Lines:

"The U.S. government did the right thing for the taxpayers and for competition by letting the marketplace determine winners and losers."
