Finnair is adding more return flights to its Copenhagen and Gothenburg
routes thus forming new connections from these cities to its long-haul
destinations.
Finnair's fourth daily Copenhagen flight will begin operating August 26. The
flight leaves Helsinki on weekdays at 9.55am arriving in Copenhagen at
10.40am. The departure from Copenhagen is at 12.30pm arriving in Helsinki at
3.05pm. The new frequency gives excellent connections from Finnair's
domestic morning flights to Copenhagen and from Copenhagen to domestic
afternoon flights.
August 26 also sees the star of a third Gothenburg flight in co-operation
with Swedish CityAirline. The flights are operated with CityAirline jets,
with a departure time from Gothenburg at 12.40pm and arrival in Helsinki at
3.15pm. The return flight from Helsinki departs at 4.10pm arriving in
Gothenburg at 4.45pm.
The new frequencies aim to complement Finnair's long-haul strategy by both
increasing and improving schedule options for local passengers.
The fourth Copenhagen flight gives good connections to Finnair flights to
Beijing and Tokyo as well as from New York to Copenhagen. The third
Gothenburg flight, in turn, creates fast connections between Gothenburg and
Beijing as well as Tokyo. |
