Hotels today announced the promotion of Patrick Imbardelli to Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President, Staff Services, Asia Pacific.
Patrick Imbardelli will take on responsibility for Six Continents Hotels' senior operations role, including the following functions: legal, total quality
management, technical services, human resources, operations support, information technology and procurement. He will continue to bear overall responsibility for Six Continents Hotels' Asia Pacific marketing function, including strategic marketing and sales, distribution and revenue management for Six Continents Hotels' brands including Inter-Continental, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn. Prior to his new appointment, Mr. Imbardelli was the Vice President of Marketing, Six Continents Hotels Asia Pacific.
"Patrick's promotion to Chief Marketing Officer, Senior Vice President, Staff Services, will increase his role in driving the company's growth in Asia Pacific and be directly relevant to our key revenue generating goals. In this high profile position, Patrick will play a pivotal management role in the core operational functions of our business in the region, including top line systems performance to increase room night deliveries, building on the organization's IT infrastructure and reengineering Six Continents Hotels' internal business. In addition to the Six Continent's Asia Pacific marketing team, the following will now report to Mr. Imbardelli: Liz Collinson, Vice President, General Counsel; Rey Alcocer, Vice President, Total Quality Management; Paul Davis, Vice President, Technical Services; John Cameron, Vice President, Human Resources; Steven Hicks, Vice President Operations Support; Ivan Chan, Vice President Information Technology; Andrew Wilson, Director of Procurement.

He's been instrumental in helping Six Continents Hotels to achieve this in the region," added Mr. Hartman.

Patrick Imbardelli will continue to be based at Six Continents Hotels Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore reporting to Richard Hartman, Managing Director, and Six Continents Hotels Asia Pacific. |
