Reed Travel Exhibitions reports that industry support for AIME 2003 continues to grow with many companies opting for larger space at the event.
AIME 2003, the AsiaPacific Incentives and Meeting Expo, is held on 18 & 19 February at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention
Centre, Australia.
“There has been a great response to AIME 2003 with many companies that exhibited for the first time in 2002 returning, and others extending their space. Exhibitors definitely see value in AIME,” said Rosemarie Sama, Head of Sales,
AIME.
“The United States will once again participate but for the first time grouped together in one area. Exhibitors will include United Airlines, California Tourism, Hawaii and Las Vegas,” Ms Sama said.
“The major hotel chains are increasing their space at AIME, Japan is returning and will be represented by Yokohama, Osaka, Tokyo and the Japan National Tourist Office, and Melbourne and Sydney are both extending their space.
“Moscow will exhibit for the first time, as will Vietnam, whilst Fiji, Tahiti, Bali, Sabah and Sarawak will all
increase their space,” she said.
AIME is the southern hemisphere’s most significant event for the incentive and meetings industry, drawing around 600 exhibitors from more than 50 destinations throughout the Asia Pacific region, the Middle East, South Africa, Europe and the USA and Canada. |
