SWISS International Air Lines, the national carrier for Switzerland, has launched a summer campaign offering special benefits for large Arab families planning their holiday in Europe this year. The offer, targeted exclusively at UAE nationals, entitles families who book and travel together, to take advantage of reduced prices from SWISS.
"Families from this region often travel together and it is important for us to offer these holiday makers the opportunity to travel to Europe in comfort and style on SWISS Business Class while paying a competitive price, which is exactly what our special offer promises", said Felix Rodel, SWISS Area Manager for Arabian Gulf.
The promotion, which is available until the September 1, allows a minimum of four adults who book their flights in Business or First Class, to receive special benefits and rates. The family members or companions must all share the same residence.
"The idea is simple - the more family members travelling together, the lower the price," explained
Rodel.
SWISS offers a variety of tailor-made services for Arabic passengers including halal meals with Arabic menu cards, Arabic newspapers and a special Arabic music channel. There are also dedicated check-in desks for passengers traveling with young children.
Children aged two to seven will be kept happily occupied with kids meals and selection of toys provided on board. Additionally, families can unwind to a variety of games and entertainment available on state-of-the-art personal videos and a wide selection of music channels.
Mothers travelling with infants can rest assured with a selection of top-quality baby-foods as well as an ample supply of bottles, bibs and nappies. Strollers may also be taken right to the aircraft door, where a staff member will stow it away and ensure that it's waiting for you at the other end. Additionally, on returning to the Middle East via Zurich airport, families can make use of a special children's playground.
SWISS currently operates a total of 10 weekly flights from the UAE including daily flights from Dubai and three weekly flights from Abu Dhabi. |
