The Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing
(DTCM) spread the message of Ramadan to an audience comprising of international travel trade
professionals dispelling doubts relating to travel during the month of Ramadan by
distributing copies of a specially produced brochure titled "A Taste of Ramadan"
on the opening day, November 11th, of the World Travel Market in London.
DTCM Director Operations and Marketing, Mohammed
Khamis bin Hareb stated, "To dispel reservations and create awareness about Dubai during the holy
month of Ramadan, it was essential to convince the travel trade professionals
first and this brochure answers all their fundamental questions."
He noted that the brochure would come in handy for the
travel trade professionals as well as for the business and leisure visitors by informing them
about the do's and don'ts during Ramadan.
The brochure has been produced by the Sheikh Mohammed
Centre for Cultural Understanding with comprehensive support from the DTCM. |
