Capitalising on its high-profile launch on the Dubai hotel scene, The Fairmont Dubai has introduced a range of package options this summer, designed to appeal to regional visitors as well as the corporate market.
The 394-room hotel on the Sheikh Zayed Road boasts the highest number of suites of any five-star hotel in Dubai, with 128 deluxe units, as well as a luxurious spa and 12 food and beverage outlets - several of which will be highlighted in the summer packages, valid from June 15 to September 15.
According to Michael Kaile, vice president and general manager, it is an ideal time for regional visitors to discover the prime attractions of the distinctive wind-tower design hotel: "We are introducing a portfolio of packages that will suit all tastes, whether guests wish to be pampered in our Willow Stream spa or just use the hotel as a comfortable base from which to explore Dubai, and its shopping malls perhaps," he said.
The Summer Menu offers one rate of Dh485 (plus 20 per cent tax and service), from which guests can choose the package to suit their particular requirements - and for the family suite option, there is accommodation for up to two children in their parents' room free, as well as complimentary meals for under 12s across the full portfolio of packages.
The options are all inclusive of breakfast for two, and include Suite Seclusion for those wishing to enjoy an extravagant stay in a luxurious suite; Stay and Play, offering a family suite and free transportation to Dubai Summer Surprises' events; Spa Indulgence, with a deluxe room and full access to the Willow Stream spa and free 30-minute massage for two people, and Sleep and Eat, offering room and dinner for two at Spectrum on One.
The latter, showcasing eight different cuisines, is just one of the restaurant highlights of the hotel, which also features Cascades in the 135-metre atrium with a spectacular River of Light display and The Exchange - a 2nd floor business centre incorporating a stylish grill restaurant and cigar bar as well as private work-stations and meeting rooms.
"As well as the stylish decor for which The Fairmont Dubai is becoming renowned, several of our restaurants are open for dinner until 1am, while even our poolside outlet serves food and refreshments until 11 pm - and it's this attention to the needs of our guests that will enhance our reputation as a hotel that can cater for everyone," said
