Equatorial Yangon to be rebranded as a Sofitel Hotel

Following a change in owners of the Equatorial Yangon Hotel the new owners have decided to change the management company of the hotel from Equatorial to Accor and it will be rebranded a Sofitel Hotel.

The hotel is centrally located at the corner of Alan Pya Phaya Road (Signal Pagoda Road) and Yaw Min Gyi Road (York Road), and comprises of 359 rooms and suites.
