Dubai which will handle all room reservations for the Jumeirah
International hotels in Dubai and London
Jumeirah International has officially opened its brand new central
reservations office in Dubai, which will be handling reservations for
all Jumeirah International hotels in Dubai and London.
Jumeirah International Reservations is located in the Emirates Towers
and will act as a support function for its hotels in Dubai and London.
The central reservations office will exist of eight reservation agents,
a supervisor and a manager. Main languages represented are English,
Arabic, Hindi and German. During Ramadan the office will be open from
9am to 9pm daily and after Ramadan opening hours will be extended from
8am to 10pm seven days a week, covering the business day in Europe as
well.
A web-based reservation system, tailor-made to the needs of the company
is used and reservations made by Jumeirah International Reservations
will automatically be transferred into the front office management
system of the hotels as the reservation agents have last-minute
availability access to all Jumeirah International hotels. Direct
confirmations will be sent to the customer either by fax or e-mail.
Toll free telephone numbers will be available for callers from the
United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United
Kingdom and Germany and in addition selected countries will have toll
free fax numbers as well.

The central
reservations office will offer customers more convenient and flexible
options of processing their reservation requests, and total access to
all the Jumeirah International hotels through one toll free number.

unique resort development Madinat Jumeirah, announced during the Arabian
Travel Market in Dubai in May, of which its first phase scheduled to
open mid 2003.
