China Southern
Airlines (NYSE: ZNH) (HKSE:1055), the largest airline in The People's
Republic of China is pleased to announce that it has met its goal of
500,000 members in its frequent flyer program, The Sky Pearl Club.
The airline had pledged to reach 500,000 members by the close of 2001
and met this goal on July 26, 2001.
China Southern Airlines continues to report that more than 20,000
customers are signing up to its Sky Pearl Club Frequent Flyer Program
each month.
