The Fullerton Singapore opened on 8 December 2000. Built in 1928, The
Fullerton Building has been restored into a grand hotel. The building,
with its Doric columns and monumental porte cocheres, represents the
height of Palladian architecture in Singapore. It shares the same
architectural grandeur as the City Hall and Supreme Court. Steeped in
historical significance, it housed many occupants in the past, including
the General Post Office, The Exchange and the Singapore Club.
