Mass Hiring at Marriott Vacation Club International

Marriott Vacation Club International, the Vacation Club Ownership division of Marriott International (NYSE: MAR), decided to do a mass hiring process in order to find candidates who were interested to become part of the MVCI sales team; Sales Executive and Telesales. Mrs. Judy Brandau, MVCI's Regional Vice President Asia Pacific made a presentation to all participants and potentially applicable associates regarding MVCI, the all-time worldwide leader in timeshares business with 47 resorts in 25 of the world's most popular locations.

Right now more than 170,000 vacation owners not only benefit from the "Marriott vacation experience" but also from a flexible program with options such as trading their week(s) for Marriott Rewards* points or exchanging within Interval International's global system of 1,800 resorts in more than 75 countries.

Meanwhile at the cocktail party, she introduced Marriott Phuket Beach Club, the first Vacation Ownership resort in Asia. This resort, located on Mai Khao Beach, approx.10 miles from the Phuket International airport, will offer 144 two-bedroom/two bath villas each with 1,282 square feet of spacious living area. In conjunction with the 265-room JW Marriott Resort Phuket, owners will enjoy access to the amenities of JW Marriott Resort Phuket.

Currently, 2 associates have joined the company: Ms. Linda Pongacha, Administrative Assistant, 5 years experienced in financial analysis and concentrated in the Thai hotel industry in the last 3 years, and Mr. Panasarn Thusaranon, Assistant Marketing Manager, who had previous working experience with several luxury products providers in Thailand.
