DRAGONAIR HOLIDAYS ANNOUNCES ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGES FOR 2001-2002

Travel News Asia Date: 28 March 2001

Dragonair Holidays has released its popular range of all-inclusive quality packages for 2001-2002, covering 12 Asian destinations and special trips for golf lovers.

“This year’s packages are better than ever and the best way to get an insight into some of the most interesting cities in Asia,” said James Yeung, Dragonair’s General Manager, Commercial.

“They are particularly good value for passengers who want to travel in Business Class, as the surcharge for flying in this class is lower than last year – and you earn full Business Class mileage if you are a member of the Asia Miles frequent-flyer programme.”

From beaches to culture to history and golf, the packages cater to a wide range of tastes, with destinations ranging from Sendai in Japan to Phnom Penh in Cambodia, Xian in China to Phuket in Thailand.

“People like the flexibility we offer,” said James Yeung. “You can choose from the optional trips that are available and tailor the holiday to your own requirements.”

He added: “And once again we are offering golfing packages, which remain popular with players of all levels. “

Details of the packages can be found in the range of brochures published by Dragonair Holidays, available at travel agents, and on Dragonair’s website. The full list of brochures are: Beijing, Eastern China, Guilin, Qingdao, Kunming, Sanya, Xian, Kota Kinabalu, Phuket, Phnom Penh, Kaohsiung and Sendai. Golfing packages to Sanya, Kunming, Haikou, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Dalian, Phuket and Kota Kinabalu are also available.

Dragonair Holidays is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hong Kong-based Dragonair. It has been offering quality, all-inclusive packages since 1990.
