Amari Hotels and Resorts Announce Four Executive Appointments

Mr. Kurt Rufli, Managing Director of Amari Hotels and Resorts has announced several changes to the management of Amari Hotels and Resorts.

After 10 years of working in operations for Amari Hotels and Resorts, Mr. Raphael Renz has made a lateral move to become the Vice President of Corporate Business.

Mr. Robert Rijnders has been appointed the Vice President of Operations. Mr. Rijnders has worked with the Amari Group for 20 years and was most recently the General Manager of the Amari Atrium Hotel in Bangkok. Prior to this, he was the General Manager of the Amari Coral Beach Resort in Phuket and Orchid Resort in Pattaya.

Mr. Marco Saxer has been appointed the Acting General Manager of the Amari Atrium Hotel, where he was previously the Resident Manager. Prior to joining the group, Mr. Saxer was at the Director of Food and Beverages at the Holiday Inn Riverside Wuhan.

Andreas Mueller has been appointed as the Resident Manager of Amari Atrium Hotel. Mr. Mueller, a German National joins the group from the Sonesta Hotel in Cairo, where he was the Director of Food and Beverages. Prior to this he worked for the Conrad International Sharm El Sheikh Resort and the George Intercontinental Hotel in Edinburgh.
