Continental
Airlines' (NYSE: CAL) OnePass frequent flyer program today garnered four
top Freddie Awards, including "Program of the Year" and "Best
Elite-Level Program," during InsideFlyer's 13th Annual Freddie Awards
ceremony. The OnePass program also received the "Best Award" in
recognition of reduced miles from the U.S. to Latin America, as well as
"Best Web Site" for 2000.
Continental has won more Freddie awards than any other major airline,
including "Best Elite-Level Program" 11 times out of the past 12 years.
Continental has won "Best Web Site" and "Program of the Year" for four
consecutive years.
"There is no higher compliment than that which comes from the people you
serve every day," said Vice President of Marketing Mark Bergsrud. "This
clearly indicates that our customers think we're meeting their needs and
adding value to their travel experience. It also demonstrates that our
employees are consistently providing a high-quality product that our

InsideFlyer's Freddie Awards have become the oldest and most prestigious
frequent flyer awards since their inception in 1988. This year, a total
of 164,891 ballots were cast. The awards represent excellence in
frequent travel programs and rate the best frequent flyer and frequent
guest programs in nine different categories.
