British
Airways is offering up to 50,000 free business class tickets to help
kickstart Britain’s business travel market. Frequent flyers who book a
premium long haul return flight now will be able to take a companion
with them for free the next time they travel. Tickets purchased on
Concorde, First, Club World, World Traveller Plus and World Traveller
(full fare on both) will qualify for the offer.
The offer is open to members of the airline’s frequent flyer scheme -
The Executive Club. Business travellers can join the Executive Club
on-line at www. britishairways.com/twogether and take advantage of the
offer.
To qualify for the offer, passengers must travel in one of the premium
cabins or on a full fare ticket before the end of December 2001. When
booking their next flight, the qualifying passenger’s companion ticket
will be booked in the same cabin and out bound travel must be taken
between 8 November 2001 and 31 March 2002.
Dale Moss, British Airways Director of Sales Worldwide said: "We want to
thank our frequent flyers for their continued support and hope this
offer will encourage them to get back to business as usual.
"This is the first in a series of outstanding promotions to boost
business travel on our network - we plan to launch more activity for
both the business and leisure markets over the next few months."
