Airways today announced it has selected pan-Asian professional services
firm, Mercatela, to provide creative strategy and design, localisation
services and technology implementation for the airline’s Asia websites.
The announcement was made jointly by British Airways Sales and Marketing
Manager East Asia Colin Roy and Mercatela’s Co-CEO, Tony Melloy.
Mercatela will work closely with British Airways to integrate online and
offline strategies, enabling a unified business strategy and a
consistent brand and user experience for all British Airways’ sites
throughout Asia.
