Angel Air commences services on Bangkok – Macau route

Angel Airlines, Thailand’s second national airline commences air services between Bangkok and Macau, a route with high potential because a large number of Thai tourists travel to Macau and people in Macau like to have a holiday in Thailand. In June 2001, Angel Air will operate services on three international routes and one domestic route namely;

Bangkok – Macau commencing on 19 June 2001

Two weekly flights on Tuesdays and Thursdays (8G415) departing Bangkok at 16.30 hours and arriving Macau at 20.15 hours

Hong Kong – Phuket commencing on 17 June 2001

Two weekly flights on Wednesdays and Sundays (8G412) departing Hong Kong at 14.25 hours and arriving Phuket at 16.50 hours

Phuket – Bangkok – Osaka commencing on 21 June 2001

One daily flight (8G441) departing Phuket at 09.10 hours, arriving Bangkok at 10.30 hours for a short stopover. The flight leaves Bangkok at 11.45 hours to arrive Osaka at 19.30 hours.

Bangkok – Phuket commencing on 22 June 2001

One daily flight (8G442) departing Bangkok at 06.50 hours, arriving Phuket at 08.10 hours.

The main route Phuket – Bangkok – Osaka makes it possible for Angel Air to resume operation of services on a domestic route between Bangkok and Phuket . The flight from Phuket stopover briefly in Bangkok before leaving for Osaka and vice versa. On 20 June 2001 Angel Air will host a blessing ceremony for the second airbus A300-600R to be used on this route at Don Muang International Airport.
