The global

Le Meridien announced its fifth hotel in Egypt and 22nd in the Middle

with easy access to Mount Moses, St. Catherine’s Monastery and Nuweiba
Fortress.
On its location, Michel Noblet, Managing Director, Le Meridien Middle

earned ourselves a reputation for being able to seek out the unusual. Le
Meridien Sharm El Sheikh, located by the renowned diving sites of White
Knight Beach, enhances that status.”
According to hotel General Manager, Rudolf Borgesius, the resort is
architecturally designed and landscaped to complement the local
environment: “Le Meridien’s brand positioning combines European style
and character with a genuine respect for local culture – and at Sharm El
Sheikh, the result is a spectacular resort appealing to all markets,” he
said.
“We expect to win business from the leisure, corporate and incentive
travel markets, and will benefit from Le Meridien commitment to service
excellence and global network.”
At Le Meridien Sharm El Sheikh, most guestrooms face seawards with a
balcony or terrace view of nearby Tiran Island. They are equipped with
individually controlled central air-conditioning, satellite television,
