The Sheraton Towers Singapore Appoints New General Manager

Mr Steven Long was recently appointed General Manager for The Sheraton Towers Singapore. He was formerly the Director of Finance and Operations at the hotel. Mr Long assumes overall management responsibility for the hotel's operations including business development, finance, marketing, food & beverage and rooms operations.

Mr Long has more than thirteen years of experience in hotel management spanning finance and operations behind him. He started his career as a Controller Trainee and moved on to various management positions before his current appointment. Mr Long was part of the management team that incepted the Total Quality System at Sheraton Towers.

Mr Long holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Carleton University. He is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Management.
