NEW GM AT CENTURY QUEZON CITY

Century International Hotels is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. John MacNeill as the General Manager of the Century Imperial Palace Suites in Quezon City, Philippines.

A British national, Mr. MacNeill holds an HND in Hospitality Management from Napier Polytechnic in Edinburgh. He started his career in the hospitality industry with the Stakis Hotel Group in 1993 - first with the Stakis Dunkeld in Perthshire, Scotland, managing its conference facilities. He eventually held various key positions within the Stakis Hotel Group throughout the United Kingdom and Scotland.

Mr. MacNeill first joined the Century International Hotels chain in October 1999 as Rooms Division Manager of Century Hong Kong Hotel in Wanchai. He also worked as General Manager in Atrium Suites, Pasay City and more recently as relief General Manager of Century Harbor in Hong Kong.

Century Imperial Palace Suites is the only hotel in Quezon City managed by an international chain, thereby enjoying the stature of being one of the leading hotels in Quezon City. With a new General Manager on board, the 144-room hotel is geared towards upgrading its services and facilities and continually fulfilling its promise of value for money.

Century International Hotels currently manages 21 hotels and resorts in seven Asian countries – Hong Kong SAR, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines. The 211-room Century Inn North Point Hong Kong has recently opened.
