“New Horizons. Reach for the stars”, the theme that echoes Utell’s
recent transformation in its corporate look and enhanced brand offerings
will be presented at the Utell Customer Conference 2001. The conference
will be held at Sofitel Central Plaza Bangkok, Thailand from 1 to 3 July
2001. Utell, a Pegasus Solutions Company (Nasdaq: PEGS), is the hotel
industry's largest third-party marketing and reservations provider.
Approximately 200 hotel delegates will be expected in Bangkok for this
conference. The conference provides participants access to essential
information on competitive industry trends and distribution channel
management strategies. Designed to stimulate interests and discussions
are topics on relationship marketing with consortias, e-business,
traditional and web-based marketing products and services. Through
revenue and yield management seminars, hotel delegates will gain
insights on the best effective ways to enhance and optimise on revenue
per available room.
Other highlights of the conference include upshots and accomplishments
to-date of Pegasus Solutions' acquisition of Utell, as well as the
benefits that member hotels can derive and leverage from Utell's
