A new
next-generation Boeing 737-700 aircraft has flown into Mumbai and joined
the Jet Airways fleet. With the induction of this new Boeing 737-700
aircraft, which is the 30th Boeing 737 in its fleet, Jet Airways will
offer day return facility between Delhi-Hyderabad and Delhi-Ahmedabad
effective Saturday, December 08, 2001.
Bhubaneshwar, the capital of Orissa will also be linked to Delhi by a
daily flight.
The daily early morning flight 9W 827/828 (Delhi-Hyderabad-Delhi) will
depart Delhi 0550 hrs and arrive Hyderabad 0750 hrs, depart Hyderabad
0820 hrs and arrive Delhi 1030 hrs. This flight will be in addition to
the existing daily evening flight on this sector.
In addition to the existing morning flight Jet Airways will also launch
an evening flight between Delhi and Ahmedabad. The flight 9W 705/706,
which will operate daily except Saturdays, will depart Delhi 1750 hrs
and arrive Ahmedabad 1915 hrs, depart Ahmedabad 1950 hrs and arrive
Delhi 2115 hrs.
The 122-seater Boeing 737-700 flight 9W 707/708
(Delhi-Bhubaneshwar-Delhi), will depart at 1040 hrs and arrive
Bhubaneshwar 1240 hrs, depart Bhubaneshwar 1320 hrs and arrive Delhi
1520 hrs, daily except Saturdays.
Additionally, the daily Jet Airways flight 9W 723/724
(Delhi-Varanasi-Khajuraho-Varanasi-Delhi) has been rescheduled to depart
Delhi 1115 hrs and arrive Varanasi 1225 hrs, depart Varanasi 1255 hrs
and arrive Khajuraho 1335 hrs, depart Khajuraho 1405 hrs and arrive
Varanasi 1445 hrs, depart Varanasi 1515 hrs and arrive Delhi 1635 hrs.

B737-400/700/800 and eight modern ATR 72-500 turbo-prop aircraft, and
offers 'Club Premiere' Business Class service on most of its Boeing 737
flights. With an average age of 2.6 years, the airline is the operator

over 27.5 million passengers since inception on May 5, 1993 till end
November 2001. The airline operates over 240 flights to 43 destinations
daily.
