Spring starters include Spring soup of fresh peas and mint with creme fraiche ($68), Parmesan parsley souffle with a hot red sauce ($98) or Deep fried soft shelled crabs stacked on fresh herb pasta ($112).

To follow, main courses offer a selection of tender, succulent roasts such the Roasted plump pigeon ($198), Braised beef shoulder cooked in the way of Provence ($208), Crispy suckling pig ($172) or Michelle's perennial favourite, Salt encased slowly baked selected leg of lamb, Kath's way this time ($206). And as a grande finale, there are Michelle's wickedly tempting desserts such M's famous Pavlova and Moroccan ways with oranges and Eskimo pie.
