THAI Celebrates H.M. the Queen’s Birthday

Between 8-11 August 2000, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited will be organizing various activities to celebrate Her Majesty Queen Sirikit of Thailand’s royal birthday. On August 8th, THAI organized a traditional Thai ceremony in honor of Her Majesty at its Head Office, chaired by Mr. Thamnoon Wanglee, THAI’s President. On August 9th , Mr. Thamnoon Wanglee presided over the opening of a fashion show under the theme “To Mum with Love”, which exhibited a wide range of traditional Thai clothes with the participation of THAI employees and their children.

From now until August 11th, between 10:00-15:00 hours, a wide selection of merchandise from Her Majesty’s SUPPORT Foundation, books and toys, will be on sales in the Lobby Area, Building 1, at THAI’s Head Office, on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road.

Entry is free of charge and open to the public.
