by Forrester PowerRankingsTM as the No. 1 airline site for the second
time in a row.
Forrester PowerRankings combine survey data from online consumers,
shopping-experience tests and unbiased expert analysis to provide
rankings of the leading eCommerce sites.
"Continental's Web site is paving the way in the industry with new
customer service features such as the flight status notification and a
downloadable timetable," said Bonnie Reitz, senior vice president of

Forrester praised Continental's Web site (www.continental.com) for its
speedy ticket-purchasing process and customer service.

the PowerRankings scorecard published on its Web site on Aug. 1. "Its
amenities, including online seat and meal selection as well as
integrated car and hotel bookings, are first-class."
