Philippines – 777 Fireworks Company

First time to participate in the Macau International Fireworks Display Contest. The team has produced several fireworks shows for government institutions of Philippines.

Australia - KC’s Fireworks

Founded in 1988, KC’s Fireworks designs and conducts more than 200 fireworks displays every year. It is the first time it participates in the Macau International Fireworks Display Contest.

Germany – NICO Feuerwerk

One of the leading companies in Europe with offices and factories in Europe, the USA, and the Far East. They are specialized in display firework shows; in the past, they have participated in performances in Manila, New York, Yokohama and Paris.

Japan – Senboku Kako Ltd.

In Japan, there are limited numbers of companies that have enough experience to participate in firework competitions. Senboku Kako Ltd. is the factory strongly recommended by Kanto Kako Co., Ltd., the winner of last year’s Fireworks Festival in Macau. They have joint competitions in Germany, Hungary, Taiwan and Thailand; on the other hand, they have won first prize at the New-design Fireworks Collection in Japan.

Thailand – Sukhothai Crackers

“Sukhothai Crackers” is an aristocratic family for fireworks. Starting from 1987, the Thai Government initiated them to do fireworks performance whenever there were visits of honorable guests and celebrations. “Sukhothai Crackers” produces Thai rocket and Thai traditional as well as modern fireworks.

Portugal – “Joaquim Macedo & Filhos, Lda.”

A very experienced fireworks company, synchronizes music together with the fireworks presentation during festivals and expositions. Since they have been exploring new techniques, therefore, they were invited to perform some festivals for ten years.

Great Britain – Pyro 2000

Pyro 2000 undertake around 100 fireworks displays each year and has won prizes and awards in the world.

Taiwan - Wan Dar Fireworks

Wan Dar has participated many fireworks displays and competitions all over the world such as in Macau, the United states, Canada, France, Monaco and the celebration for Brunei’s Independence.

China – Jingtai Fireworks Corporation

The Corporation which has more than 500 workers produces more than one thousand types of fireworks: focusing on display shells and cakes, which shells are exported to many countries. The Corporation has supplied in many international fireworks competitions and domestic fireworks display. This year, the Corporation has won two fireworks festival awards in Guangdong and Zhejiang.

Switzerland - Bugano Fireworks

Earned the 1st and 2nd place at the Macau International Fireworks Display Contest in 1992 and 1995 respectively. Bugano Fireworks has also won other international contests, making it one of the most well-known contestants in such competition.
