The Organizing
committee will provide US$17,500 fireworks production grants for each
team that takes part.
The winning team will receive the following prizes:
Judges would distribute the following prizes:
Champion – US$6,000/ Cup/ Certificate
First Runner up – US$ 3,200/ Cup/ Certificate
Second Runner up – US$1,800/ Cup/ Certificate
All competitors will receive a certificate.
At the same time of the 12th Macau International Fireworks Display
Contest, the photo contest with same theme that is organized by Macau
Government Tourist Office, Associação Fotográfica de Macau and
Associação Salão de Fotográfia de Macau will also be held. Prizes as
below:
1st Prizewinner – MOP$5,000 and Cup
2nd Prizewinner – MOP$3,500 and Cup
3rd Prizewinner – MOP$2,000 and Cup
4 Certificates of Merit – MOP$1,000 each
10 Consolation prize winners – MOP$500 each
On the other hand, Education and Youth Affairs Services together with
Associação Artistas Belas-Artes Macau will organize the 12th Macau
International Fireworks Display Drawing Contests. Competitors have to be
students between 6 to 14 year old and they will be divided into 2 groups
by age.
1st Group: 6-10 year old
2nd Group: 11-14 year old
Prizes as following:
1st Group:
1st Prizewinner – MOP$1,800 and Cup
2nd Prizewinner – MOP$1,300 and Cup
3rd Prizewinner – MOP$8,00 and Cup
2 Certificates of Merit – MOP$500 each
2nd Group:
1st Prizewinner – MOP$2,000 and Cup
2nd Prizewinner – MOP$1,600 and Cup
3rd Prizewinner – MOP$1,200 and Cup
2 Certificates of Merit – MOP$500 each
10 Consolation Prize winners for each group – MOP$200 each.
The regulations for the above mentioned contests have already prepared
and would be distributed to the reporters during press conference.
After grading, the prize giving ceremony of the 12th Macau International
Fireworks Display Contest will be held in Ritz Hotel on October 1, 2000. |
