GREAT HILTON SUMMER HOLIDAYS WITH SAVINGS UP TO 40%

Summer vacations offer the perfect opportunity for getaways, and this year the romantic as well as the exotic are perfectly within guests' reach, with Hilton Hotels in Asia Pacific and worldwide offering great savings of up to 40%.

In addition, Hilton HHonors members can earn both Points & Miles for every stay. And up to two children can stay for free when sharing the same room with their parents. From Sydney to Shanghai to Singapore, travellers can stay at Hilton hotels for much less than usual.

"Travellers from around the world will be able to enjoy the hospitality of Hilton hotels in Asia and Australia," said Michael Flynn, the vice-president for marketing for Hilton International in Asia Pacific and Australia. "We want to give our customers the opportunity to experience a leisure stay at Hilton, by extending unbeatable savings on room rates, supported by the many activities and attractions that these locations have got to offer."

Hilton's Asia Pacific Summer Savings is being offered at 28 exotic city and resort locations throughout Asia Pacific and Australia. From sight-seeing and shopping to surfing or diving, to dining in award winning Hilton restaurants, guests can look forward to many exciting offerings of the various Hilton Hotels in the region.

In Australia, the rates start from A$160 at the Parmelia Hilton Perth and together with other seven Hilton properties located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Cairns and Adelaide, travellers 'Down Under' have a choice of experiencing the wonders of Australia at very attractive rates. The Hilton Cairns for example offers A$185 per room per night and here guests can experience Australia's Great Barrier Reef plus several other attractions for which Queensland is famous.

Hilton Bangkok at Nai Lert Park offers a rate of US$95. In Malaysia, guests can stay from RM175 at Hilton's first nature resort in Asia, Batang Ai Longhouse Resort, Sarawak, RM293 at Hilton Kuching, RM263.50 at Hilton Petaling Jaya and RM250 at Hilton Kuala Lumpur.

Other city stays include a Singapore summer experience at the Hilton Singapore on Orchard Road at S$210. Travellers can enjoy shopping within the hotel and at nearby shopping malls. In the Maldives, the Hilton's resort at Rangali Island offers a rate of US$86. The exclusive property is spread across five small islands and provides guests with unique opportunities to relax and experience the unspoiled beauty of the Maldives - a tropical paradise with soft, white sandy beaches and coconut palms, surrounded by the warm and crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean.

Travellers to North Asia can also enjoy superb savings when staying at Hilton hotels such as Hilton Hanoi Opera with a rate of US$110; US$75 per room per night at Hilton Nanjing, US$118 at Hilton Beijing and US$135 at Hilton in Shanghai.

Other Hilton hotels in the region offering similar summer savings include those located in Guam, Japan, Korea, Sri Lanka and Taiwan. To be eligible for the Hilton's Asia Pacific Summer promotion, a three days' advance booking is required and special terms and conditions apply. Rates are quoted on a per room per night basis.
