International is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. G. Paul
LeBlanc as Vice President - Sales, Ms. Maria Tsai as Director of
Marketing, Mr. Mang Wai Tak as Director of e-Business and Mr. Henry Tang
as Group Marketing Manager.
Mr. G. Paul LeBlanc – Vice President - Sales
Mr. LeBlanc attended the University of Tennessee majoring in Marketing
and Transportation and is a member of NBTA, MPI, PATA, ASTA and HSMAI.
An industry veteran of 26 years, Mr. LeBlanc has held positions in
different aspects of hotel operations and management. He has been
associated with RHI for 12 years and relocated to Hong Kong in February
2000 from the US head office in Denver, CO. As Vice President - Sales,
Mr. LeBlanc will direct the worldwide sales efforts of RHI coordinating
and supervising the four regional and five international sales offices.
He will also participate in tradeshows and sales trips, work with hotel
General Managers to supervise hotel sales teams, and coordinate with the
group marketing team to competitively position the hotel group and
maximize revenue performance.
Ms. Maria Tsai – Director of Marketing
Ms. Tsai graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines with
a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. Having
worked in the hotel industry for the past 15 years, Ms. Tsai has
acquired extensive experience in sales and marketing in prestigious
hotels in Hong Kong and China. She was at the Regal Kowloon Hotel as
Director of Sales for two years, five years ago. Now that she has
rejoined the Regal group, she will lead the corporate marketing team to
develop and implement the group marketing plan, advertising and
promotion strategies. In addition, she will manage public relations
functions, build media relations, coordinate the production of corporate
communications collateral and the activities of the hotels to enhance
Regal’s corporate branding and explore new market opportunities.
Mr. Mang Wai Tak – Director of e-Business
Mr. Mang graduated with a Master Degree in Marketing and has over 10
years of managerial experience in IT development and marketing consumer
products. He has attained proven expertise in e-Commerce Development,
CAD/CAM Development, SCM, ECR & CRM, Brand & Category Management, Large
Scale of Marketing Campaign as well as Loyalty Marketing in leading
corporations on both the local and international business scene. At
Regal, Mr. Mang is actively involved in the strategic planning,
development and marketing of all e-Business issues, which relate to the
corporate web site, on-line Reservation System, on-line gifts store,
on-line loyalty & CRM program, and other e-Business Development issues.
Mr. Henry Tang - Group Marketing Manager
Mr. Tang graduated with a degree in Hotel Management in Switzerland. He
joined Regal as a management trainee and subsequently worked in the
catering field in Regal as well as in other five-star hotels in Hong
Kong. In addition to his solid experience in hotel operations, he has
been External Affairs Manager of a prominent charitable organization in
Hong Kong for four years. With proven experience and achievement in
hotel industry and public relations, Mr. Tang rejoined Regal and his
main focus will be on overseeing the commercial division of the group,
coordinating joint promotions and public relations activities, and
conducting marketing projects of the five Regal hotels in Hong Kong. |
