LE MERIDIEN REGIONAL OFFICE APPOINTS

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS TO SUPPORT EXPANSION PLANS

Plus New PR Manager at Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina

Veteran hotelier, Robert Fadel, joins Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts regional team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates as director of operations to support the brand’s aggressive expansion plans in the Middle East and West Asia.

Fadel, who has extensive experience in property management both pre- and post-opening has been with the group since 1992. He joined after a 16-year stint with Sheraton.

Le Meridien currently operates 22 properties in the region, with 21 expected to open within the next 36 months.

AT LE MERIDIEN MINA SEYAHI BEACH RESORT & MARINA

Lorey Heynike joins Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina as Public Relations manager. It is her second stint in Dubai following two years as opening guest relations manager with Al Maha Desert Resort located among the sand dunes some 80 kilometres from Dubai city.

Heynike, a South African national, takes the promotional reigns of the beach resort’s multi-faceted activity calendar that looks set to match the 300-plus events attracting more than 250,000 people in the past twelve months.
