international acclaim from the Conde Nast Traveller and Gourmet - two of
the most respected travel publications in the world.
The Conde Nast Traveller has listed Rajvilas, Jaipur among the 25 Top
Villa Hideaways of the world. "Few hotels in India approach Rajvilas's
high standards of service and facilities," mentions Conde Nast Traveller

Gourmet, the magazine on good living has rated Rajvilas, Jaipur, as the
most exotic luxury resort. "Xanadu is in the air at Rajvilas where shiny
tropical trees are filled with trilling birds and sculpted elephants
trumpet water into the pool", writes the Gourmet, in its May 2000 issue.
"Turreted gazebos, tasseled umbrellas, burbling fountains and swirling
frescoes are merely the backdrop in the grounds two architectural
jaw-droppers: a monumental pale-golden fort with elaborately embossed
brass doors and a Hindu temple encircled by a lotus-pond moat."
Ms Huvida Marshall, General Manager, Rajvilas, says "We are delighted
with the international acclaim received for Rajvilas. Exacting
standards, gracious living and impeccable service at Rajvilas recreate
the princely style of Rajasthan's magnificent palaces and offer guests a
complete experience." Mr. Vikram Oberoi, who was involved with the
luxury resort from its inception, further adds, "we will continue our
endeavors to ensure that every guest leaves as an enthusiastic
ambassador of the Rajvilas experience."
