Regal Hotels International Launches Regal Seafood Restaurant and its Sumptuous Dishes

Regal Hotels International proudly launches Regal Seafood Restaurant and its sumptuous dishes to satisfy the bon vivant desire of seafood lovers.

Starting from December 1, 2000, Regal Seafood Restaurant at Regal Hongkong Hotel, Regal Kowloon Hotel, Regal Kaitak Hotel and Regal Riverside Hotel introduces the Boiled Shark’s Fin Soup with Yun Nan Ham and Chicken in Casserole at a more economical price than before. By paying HK$298 for four persons or HK$150 for two, seafood lovers will be able to enjoy this nutritious Chinese dish that is most welcomed especially in winter.

Our experienced chef has prepared the Supreme Boiled Shark’s Fin Soup Menu for those guests who would like to taste other exquisite dishes besides the Shark’s Fin Soup. Changing every two weeks and priced only at HK$165 per person (minimum for two persons), the splendid, yet affordable, menu of eight courses offers gourmets diversified choices of food that may hardly be found elsewhere in town.

More delights come along with a special seafood offer every night and dinnertime beverage specials of buy three get one free. Ever-changing dim sum specials are yet another gratification that will certainly allure the Chinese cuisine lovers’ appetite during the day. Afternoon tea is on special daily from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., providing all types of dim sum, rice and noodles at 35 per cent off the regular price. A highlight of Rice Flour Noodles in Soup with Roasted Goose is available at only HK$14.80 each.
