Virgin
Atlantic is supporting the Asian Pop Awards on the 23 September - the
most sought after awards by Asian musicians and artistes. Virgin
Atlantic is supporting the event in recognition of India becoming
‘Virgin Territory’ this year with the launch of twice weekly non-stop
scheduled services between London and Delhi.
Sir Richard Branson, chairman of Virgin Atlantic Airways said:
“As most people know, I’ve had a life-long interest in popular music. It
has also been my long-held ambition to see Virgin fly between London and
Delhi. Supporting these awards gives us the chance to celebrate both the
best of Asian Pop music and the best of flying experiences”.
This year’s event is being held at Birmingham’s International Conference
Centre and will be attended by the movers and shakers of the Asian
community.
