The Westin Banyan Tree Bangkok announces the launch of SHOPPING COMPANION SERVICE for all hotel guests. From now on, all guests at the hotel can look forward to an even more satisfying stay with the introduction of Shopping Companion Service. Shopping Companion Service consists of a team of knowledgeable and dynamic shopping experts who will accompany guests to hunt for special gifts for their loved ones before they check out.

The Westin Banyan Tree's team of shopping experts comprises volunteers amongst hotel staff from different departments. They are well trained in the knowledge of various shopping districts in Bangkok and where to find quality gifts at the best prices. By bringing guests to the right place for shopping, and using Thai language to help guests negotiate prices, the shopping experts promise to help guests save time in finding the things they want and thus increase guests satisfaction. This complimentary service is available from 8.30 am to 7 pm daily and it is suggested that guests make booking for the service 24 hours in advance.
