KLM – ALITALIA ARBITRATION

KLM confirms that it has received notice from Alitalia that Alitalia will initiate arbitration in connection with a claim Alitalia allegedly has against KLM following the termination by KLM of its Alliance with Alitalia.

KLM will defend this claim and is confident about the outcome. In connection with the arbitration KLM will also file a claim against Alitalia.

Arbitration will be held in the Netherlands in accordance with the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute.
