Asia Travel Association (PATA) is pleased to announce staff promotions
and transitions at PATA Operational Headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand,
and at PATA Administrative Headquarters in Oakland, California, USA.
At the Administrative Headquarters in Oakland, Chief Administrative
Officer, Ms. Leslie Detter's responsibilities have been expanded to
include membership development. She will also supervise all PATA's
administrative functions.
Ms. Cheryl Nichols has been appointed Manager-Membership. She will focus
on membership development activities for further enhancement of
membership benefits.
Ms. Christy Jones has been promoted to Director-North America. Her major
role will involve the development of PATA members and Chapter members in
North America.
At the Operational Headquarters in Bangkok, Ms. Khanitha "Pook"
Jarukirati has been promoted to Assistant Manager-Membership and
Publications. She will expand her responsibilities into membership
development areas and continue her role in developing marketing
strategies for PATA publications.
