destinations it serves exclusively through its Hong Kong website.
These special ‘Click Fares’ are in addition to ‘Everyday Low Fares’
offered year-round. ‘Click Fares’ are special offers, typically
available for a limited time and follow several other successful offers
made earlier this year. Customers can access the offers directly through
www.unitedairlines.com.hk.
United's ‘Click Fares’ are valid for all flights commencing travel from
Hong Kong before December 14. These great offers for return tickets
begin at HK$7,700 for flights to Los Angeles and San Francisco and
HK$8,900 to Chicago, New York or Orlando. Best fares are also available
to Las Vegas and Seattle for HK$7,900. In addition to the attractive
fares customers will be entitled to earn up to 4,000 bonus miles when
booking for a united flight alone.
These rates are exclusive of taxes and are for ticketing period between
November 17 and December 5. Tickets must be purchased seven days before
departure.
Nicolas Ferri, General Sales Manager for United Airlines in Hong Kong,
said: “Our new ‘Everyday Low Fares’ are simply a response to the demands
of our online customers who expect competitive rates and also serve as
an incentive for our loyal customers who will be traveling during the
festive Thanksgiving period.”
Through United's E-Ticket system, passengers select their choice of
itinerary and price, key in their personal and credit card details and
then pick up their boarding passes at the airport check-in, eliminating
the need for a paper ticket.
The airline's Hong Kong website also offers a paging service giving
flight information via Internet-enabled cellular phones or personal
computers; the ability to book reservations with over 30,000 hotels and
45 car rental companies; and an itinerary planning service covering all
United Airlines, United Shuttle or United Express flights.
United Airlines, a member of Star Alliance, is the largest air carrier
in the world, operating more than 2,400 flights to 130 destinations in
26 countries and two U.S. territories. From Hong Kong, United offers
