THAI Launches
Website for Flight Reservation
During June of this year, Thai
Airways International Public Company Limited
will launch a web-site offering flight reservation services, in an
effort to boost customer convenience to make seat reservations and
select appropriate THAI flights which fit their travel schedules at
special air fares.
The introduction of flight
reservation system may be found on the by accessing the airline’s
web-site: www.thaiair.com. Passengers can make seat reservations for
both THAI domestic and international flights and access a wide range
of information including airfares. All information is updated
and entered into THAI’s system on a continual basis so THAI
customers may check airfare rates, and find travel routes which best
suit their schedules. Customers can also make flight cancellations and
recheck their bookings. THAI’s flight reservation system allows
customers to select and reserve flights on all classes, access
information concerning the journey and check available seats on all
THAI flights. Reservations for traveling companions are also available
through THAI’s web-site at www.thaiair.com, accessible 24 hours a
day. After making on-line flight reservations, passengers may pick up
their tickets at local THAI offices at the originating point of
travel.
However, normal
reservations may still be made with the assistance of a reservation
agent at Tel: 280-0060-89 or facsimile 628-2000, 24 hours a day, or by
contacting THAI’s local travel agencies.
THAI’s Flight Reservation
system via Internet is another step towards further improvement of
THAI’s reservation services and maximization of customer
convenience, which appropriately coincides with the celebration of
THAI’s 40th anniversary this year. |
