The Leading Hotels of the
World (LHW) has selected Optims and their suite of Revenue and Yield Management solutions for exclusive membership in its
Leading Service Provider Network 'LSPN'.
Companies in the group are endorsed by LHW and enter into a preferred vendor relationship with the luxury hotel company. The
Network was created to provide custom-designed business solutions for LHW’s luxury hotels, resorts and affiliated partners.
Optims with offices worldwide and Optims America Inc. based in Westport, CT is one of just 45 companies that LHW has
endorsed since the program’s launch in September 2003. To date, over 250 worldwide firms have applied for membership.
Optims was selected based on their position as a leader in Revenue and Yield Management Solutions worldwide, proven track
record with Leading Hotels and expertise in the luxury marketplace.
Optims develops and implements leading edge flexible and easy to use Revenue Management Solutions. With 25 years
experience and over 6,500 Optims Group customers worldwide, their single or multiple property RMS solutions help hoteliers
manage costs, control distribution and increase revenues.
Each member of the LSPN is reviewed annually by LHW to assure that services meet criteria for membership.
“We are extremely pleased and proud to be selected for membership into this select group as a Leading Service Provider, for
Leading Hotels of the World”, said Bob Benton, Vice President Business Development for Optims America Inc. “Leading Hotels
of the World’s approach to providing solutions for its luxury hotel organization speaks to their dedication of excellence, and we
value the many Leading Hotels of the World currently using our products”. This innovative approach to helping Leading Hotels
stay competitive in the global marketplace underscores LHW’s position as a market leader.
“As our industry evolves, we realize the challenges incumbent upon our hotels regarding their competitive positioning. This
network provides custom-designed business solutions that will allow our member hotels to maintain their edge in the evolving
marketplace,” said Kimberly Moffitt Hehir, Vice President of Strategic Planning for The Leading Hotels of the World.
