As part of its ongoing first anniversary celebrations, Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach
Resort will be rewarding guests with a variety of special packages valid from the
6th of February till the 11th of February 2004. These packages, whilst giving
guests the opportunity to sample the excellent leisure facilities available at
the resort, also provide incredible value for money for residents of the
UAE.
Packages start for as little as AED 400 a night and include a spacious room
(standard or superior) with a fabulous sea view and a choice of one of the
following: a local dive with full equipment or a snorkelling trip courtesy of Al
Boom Marine Diving Centre; a manicure, pedicure and foot massage or a full
facial courtesy of Le Mirage Salon. For wellness enthusiasts, the hotel is offering
an Elakkazhi herbal massage or Dhara massage (relax and rejuvenate) at the
newly opened Softouch Ayurvedic Centre. At the Cleopatra Spa rooms, guests
can indulge themselves in a Thai Massage or Exotic Frangipani Body Nourishing
Wrap. The superior double package is only AED 600 per night.
"Our anniversary was actually in December 2003 but we were having too much
fun and decided to let the party continue just a little while longer with this 'special
packages' week. Since doors opened, Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort has
become everyone's favourite getaway destination and we wanted to thank regular guests for their support. So this week we're giving something back," said
Patrick Antaki, general manager, Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort.
"Our 'special packages' week reflects our commitment to providing value added
services to tourists and families here in the U.A.E. Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach
Resort has been quite successful in promoting Fujairah as a formidable tourist
destination and we plan to sustain this momentum in our second year. This week
is just the beginning," he added.
A joint venture between Emirates Airlines and the Hotel and Resort Investment
Company, Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort has provided a major thrust to the
tourism sector in the East Coast of the UAE, and is located on a two kilometre
sand beach, nestled between the Hajar Mountains and the Indian Ocean. |
