Amadeus, today announced that Bangkok Airways and Siem Reap Airways
recently upgraded their access levels and are available at the highest level of
connectivity in Amadeus. The real-time inventory of both carriers will now be
available on the Amadeus System across more than 200 markets. This qualitative
move maximizes sales opportunities for Bangkok Airways and Siem Reap Airways International, as well as over 61,000 travel agencies that sell air travel
through Amadeus.
Thailand-based Bangkok
Airways, which recently celebrated its 36th anniversary, and Siem Reap Airways
International of Cambodia have upgraded to Amadeus Access Sell. With a modern
fleet of aircraft serving Thailand, Singapore and Cambodia, Bangkok Airways,
which operates three of its own airports in Thailand, recorded double-digit
passenger growth in 2003.
Mr. Peter Wiesner, Vice President Marketing, Bangkok Airways, said, "This

Both airlines
have also implemented Amadeus Access Update, offering schedule and availability information retrieved by travel agents that is identical to that of the
airline's inventory. |
