Continental Airlines is beginning new routes as it prepares for the summer travel
season.
On May 1, Continental resumes daily Cleveland-London
nonstops. Effective May 2, two major state capitals are getting new links to the Continental network:
Tallahassee, Fla., is welcoming Continental Express' two daily round-trip flights
to the Houston hub.
Sacramento, Calif., which already has Houston flights, is seeing the inauguration
of a daily round-trip Continental flight to the Newark Liberty International Airport
hub.
Also effective May 2, three new routes to Mexico are beginning. Continental
Express is providing nonstop flights to Mexico City from McAllen once per day
and from San Antonio twice per day. Service will be inaugurated in
Puebla, Mexico, with a daily round trip to the Houston hub. Puebla is Continental's 25th
destination in Mexico.
Starting May 8, Continental is beginning Saturday-only service between
Albuquerque and New York/Newark.
On May 13, Continental resumes seasonal nonstops on the Houston-Anchorage
and New York-Vancouver routes. |
