Hong Kong’s re-branded Langham Hotel is offering up to 50% room discounts to
trade fair delegates in 2004 and 2005.
Special discounts mean rates as low as HK$850 for expo and trade show
delegates staying at the former Great Eagle hotel, and are available to those attending
major trade fairs up to the summer
of 2005.
“Trade fairs are important to the Hong Kong economy and delegates should be
welcomed with open arms,” says Langham Hotel Managing Director, Mr. Nigel
Roberts.
The ‘Fair Deals’ are on offer at the following nightly rates for Courtyard and Plaza
View rooms:
All rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge and 3% government tax.
The Langham Hotel is also offering special accommodation packages to all
guests to celebrate its re-branding, including “The Langham Experience”
featuring two-nights, three-days in a sumptuous Langham Suite at US$560 net
per person, based on double occupancy and available until December 31, 2004.
The re-branding follows the name-change of holding company Great Eagle
Hotels International to Langham Hotels International – a switch resulting from its
acquisition and upgrading of the historic Langham Hotel in
London, now known
as the Langham Hilton.
It also follows a substantial US$35m upgrading of the Hong Kong property over
the past four years, which has resulted in the creation of an elegant European-style hotel with a contemporary twist.
