Pat Epting, managing director of corporate and agency sales
- North America, has been named as the managing director of Northwest Airlines’ Atlantic division.
Epting, who will be based in Amsterdam, replaces Glenn Woythaler, who was recently named vice president for customer
service planning. She will be responsible for Northwest’s sales, marketing and operations functions in Europe, Africa, and
the Middle East and will report to Phil Haan, executive vice president for international, sales and information services.
“We are delighted to have someone with Pat’s knowledge of Northwest Airlines and expertise in various aspects of sales
oversee our important Atlantic operations,” said Haan. “Pat has made many valuable contributions during her more than
25 years of service at Northwest and we expect she will continue to do so in her new position.”
Epting started her career with Northwest as a customer service agent in Milwaukee. She worked in computer reservation
sales and passenger sales and has been the company’s account executive and district sales manager in Milwaukee and
regional sales director in Chicago. She has been in her current position since 2000, and manages a field sales force of 140
Northwest Airlines and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines sales professionals in the United States.
A graduate of Ripon College, Epting is married and has two daughters. |
