Sol Melia appoints Frank Prasmo Vice President Operations and Project Development - China

Sol Melia has announced the following appointments for its operations of Sol Melia Hotels and Resorts in the People's Republic of China.

Frank Prasmo has been appointed Vice President Operations and Project Development - China. Mr. Prasmo a German national with over 20 years in the hospitality industry has more then five years experience in China. His past experience with Sol Melia includes conceptual design and project management as well as general hotel and resort management.

Mr. Prasmo brings a wealth of experience from having managed leading properties in numerous Asian and European destinations. He is based at the Sol Melia Hotels and Resorts - China headquarters in Shanghai.

Elizabeth Wang, a Shanghai born and educated graduate from TAFE College Shanghai has been appointed Press and Media Relations Manager.
