Conrad Hotels, the luxury brand of the Hilton family,
recently reached an agreement with the Abu Dhabi headquartered real estate company Private Property
Management, to operate and manage Dubai's first Conrad hotel, a luxurious
350-room property located in the heart of Dubai's commercial, business and
entertainment district - Sheikh Zayed Road. The property is scheduled to open late
2007.

and visible locations in Dubai. This will be an extraordinary property and it will fit
our plans to expand the Conrad brand further into the Middle East."

of the 15 million travellers that the Dubai government has forecast annually by the
year 2010."
The future Conrad Dubai will be strategically located on Sheikh Zayed Road, just
20 minutes from the Dubai International Airport and close to the Dubai World
Trade Centre and International Convention Centre, Dubai International Financial
Centre and the proposed Dubai Metro System Station.
Catering to both the corporate and leisure market, the hotel will feature 220
luxurious guest and Executive Floor rooms, plus 130 suites and serviced apartments.
Conrad Dubai will also offer 12 meeting rooms and a business centre, a ballroom
which can accommodate 1,100 people, innovative restaurants and bars, a nightclub and a Spa and Health Club with an outdoor swimming
pool.
Conrad have been closely involved in all development aspects of the new Conrad
Dubai and will operate the hotel on behalf of Private Property Management under
a 15 year Management Agreement. |
